Award-winning Giuseppe Pezzella invites you to try the dedicated truffle menu, sourcing truffles grown in Abruzzo, Italy. Try the Ravioli del Plin, stuffed with veal shank, cacio and pepe and veal jus, or a dry-aged duck breast with mandarin gem, broccolini and black cumin jus. For dessert, get your hands on the Nocciola- hazelnut mousse, truffle mushroom ice cream and hot caramel sauce. The perfect balance of sweet and savoury.
