Miral’s Winged Horizons' Initiative

🌟 We're thrilled to celebrate the success of the “Winged Horizons” conservation initiative for raptors across Abu Dhabi!

Launched in February 2024 the initiative was designed to enhance awareness of local birds of prey populations by providing safe shelters and nesting habitats.

Thanks to our partnership with the Mohamed bin Zayed Raptor Conservation Fund, Aldar Education, and the dedicated students and teachers who joined us in this exciting journey, we set up ten safe nesting boxes for kestrels and barn owls, also known as raptors, across prominent golf courses on #YasIsland and #SaadiyatIsland including Yas Links Abu Dhabi, Yas Acres Golf & Country Club, and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club.

Together, we're making strides in wildlife conservation and paving the way for a sustainable future #InAbuDhabi.

🌟 يسرنا الاحتفال بنجاح مبادرة "أجنحة في الأفق" للمحافظة على الطيور الجارحة في جميع أنحاء أبوظبي.

أُطلقت المبادرة في فبراير 2024، للمحافظة على الطيور الجارحة في أبوظبي. ركبنا 10 صناديق أعشاش آمنة في ملاعب الجولف البارزة في جزيرة ياس وجزيرة السعديات، بما في ذلك ياس لينكس أبوظبي، وياس إيكرز جولف آند كونتري كلوب، ونادي شاطئ السعديات للجولف، بالتعاون مع شركائنا صندوق محمد بن زايد للمحافظة على الطيور الجارحة والدار للتعليم، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الطلاب والمعلمين.

نتخذ سويًا خطوات تجاه الحفاظ على الحياة البرية، ونمهد الطريق نحو مستقبل مستدام #في_أبوظبي.
