Ras Al Khaimah Ruler’s Address at AIM Congress 2026 | كلمة حاكم رأس الخيمة في قمة AIM للاستثمار 2026
ألقى صاحب السمو الشيخ سعود بن صقر القاسمي، عضو المجلس الأعلى، حاكم رأس الخيمة، كلمة رئيسية في افتتاح الدورة الخامسة عشرة من قمة AIM للاستثمار، التي انطلقت في 7 سبتمبر 2026 بمركز دبي التجاري العالمي، بمشاركة قادة ومسؤولين ومستثمرين وصناع سياسات ومبتكرين من مختلف أنحاء العالم.
وقال سموه في كلمته: «الاقتصادات التي تتكيف مع المتغيرات، وتتبنى الابتكار، وتستثمر في الإنسان، هي الأقدر على تحقيق الازدهار المستدام»، مؤكداً أن هذا النهج راسخ في مسيرة دولة الإمارات.
وأضاف سموه: «بعد أكثر من خمسة عقود على قيام اتحادنا، ما زال هذا المبدأ أساساً لمسيرتنا. واليوم، برؤية وقيادة أخي صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، رئيس الدولة "حفظه الله"، نواصل هذه المسيرة بثقة»، مشيراً إلى أن المال قد يمول النمو، لكن الإنسان هو رأس المال الحقيقي.
وقال سموه: «لقد علمتنا تجربتنا أن المستثمرين لا ينظرون إلى الحوافز وحدها، بل يبحثون عن الاستقرار والشفافية، والمؤسسات الموثوقة، والشركاء الذين يوفون بالتزاماتهم، وهذه هي البيئة التي عملنا على ترسيخها في رأس الخيمة، انسجاماً مع طموحات دولة الإمارات وتوجهاتها».
وأكد سموه أن قيمة الاستثمار لا تُقاس بحجم رأس المال وحده، بل بما يحدثه من أثر في حياة الناس، وما يتيحه من فرص، وما يسهم به في تعزيز قوة المجتمعات وتماسكها.
وتعد قمة AIM للاستثمار من أبرز المؤتمرات الاستثمارية العالمية، وأقيمت على مدى ثلاثة أيام، بمشاركة واسعة من مختلف أنحاء العالم.
His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, delivered a keynote address at the opening of the 15th AIM Congress, which began on 7 September 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together leaders, senior officials, investors, policymakers and innovators from around the world.
In his address, Sheikh Saud said: “The most resilient economies will be those that adapt to change, embrace innovation, invest in people and build prosperity that endures,” emphasizing that this approach has long guided the UAE’s development journey.
Highlighting the principles that have shaped the UAE’s development journey, Sheikh Saud said: “More than five decades after the founding of our Union, that principle continues to guide our progress. Today, under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, we continue that journey.” He also emphasized the importance of investing in people, noting that “Capital can finance growth, but our true capital is people.”
Reflecting on Ras Al Khaimah’s investment environment, His Highness said: “Our experience has taught us that investors look beyond incentives alone. They seek stability, transparency, reliable institutions and partners who honor their commitments. This is the environment we have worked to build in Ras Al Khaimah, and it reflects the broader aspirations of the United Arab Emirates.”
Sheikh Saud also noted that the value of investment goes beyond capital, and ultimately lies in its ability to improve lives, create opportunities and build stronger, more resilient societies.
